If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason or wish to exchange the item(s) (eg. a different size, colour or style), please print out the return form, fill it out and send it back along with the item(s) for an exchange or your 3 weeks money back gaurantee's full refund (it's an opprtunity to see if you like the product or not). Product(s) must be returned within 3 weeks of the order date, unwashed and in original condition with all swing tags intact. Please note that we are not responsible for the return postage except for faulty/wrong items. Make sure you keep a proof of postage in case of the parcel going missing in the mail. You will not be entitled to a refund/exchange if we do not receive the item(s). We strongly recommend using registered mail. We are not responsible for the damages occurred during care of product(s), such as dry cleaning, washing and handling.

EXCHANGE

If you would like to change the size/colour or style, please follow the same instructions as above indicating your new requirements in the return form. Re-delivery charges will be applied.
REFUND

Although we carefully check all items before dispatching to our customers, should you receive wrong/faulty item(s), simply fill out the return form and send it to us along with the item(s). We wish you accept our apologies and will happily either exchange or refund the amount paid including the return postage.

DELIVERY

All orders are sent by Registered mail via Australia Post. Delivery cost is $8.00 AUD for the 1st item, $2.50 AUD for an each additional item and takes 2-5 working days for anywhere in Australia. For international orders, please enquire about shipping cost & delivery through our customer service. As we register mail all our products, if the first delivery attempt is unsuccessful, you will be able to collect the item(s) from your nearest post office. We try to deliver within 2-5 working days anywhere in Australia. However should there be a delay in the delivery or one or more of the items you have purchased are out of stock, we will notify you ASAP. We cannot be responsible for delivery delays caused by the mail service or as a result of unforseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, strikes, and special holidays.

Please check the garments’ size specification in product detail page to choose the right size for you. Although all measurements are made as carefully and accurately as possible, slight variations may occur in measurements.
Colours may appear slightly different from what you see on our online shop depending on the computer type, picture resolution, monitor’s settings, etc.
